What’s expected from you:

  • You’ll be responsible for receiving and responding to all customer / inter department calls/chats/emails for seamless order management.
  • Responsible for giving critical inputs in terms of improving and optimizing backend processes.

  • Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with the operations team to resolve them.

  • Interact with customers by phone/emailchat as required and ensure a top notch experience.

  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, manage and track orders, and resolve complaints.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated people for further investigation.

  • Resolve queries from our delivery executives and report it back to the operations team.
